Why does it never work out?

after cl a couple of days ago i went to the movies with this girl in my cl. She asked one of her friends if they wanted to come and asked me if my twin brother wanted to come so it was not a date. My brother came but her friend was not able to. We had a little snack and saw the movie. It seemed like she liked me. We just talked and flirted but did not go any further then that. no kissing or holding hands. She would say things like after i said i was cold lets get to the movies quick she said dont worry once we get in the movies i can warm you up and keep you warm quick. then she said just joking. later she also said after i said have you ever noticed your legs never get cold then she said ooo you must be warm and good in bed. then she said just joking again. Two days later i asked her out to go ice skating. She said yes but told me to call her when i wake up and she will be ready by the time i get there. Well i called her when i got up and she sounded like she was hung over.
