Cheap comfy western/"cowboy"boots?

Hey I need a good pair of western boots....dont have to be too rugged but I would like them to have a round toe and Comfy....I am flat footed so something with a lower arch would help. And perferrably a rubber sole not the hard plastic like crap. I wear a size 13 in sneakers. My goal is getting a pair of boots that i can wear with my jeans when i go out to rodeos and stuff but they need to be able to be worked in. Like i said im basically just going to use them for every day wear but i dont want to spend 150 on a pair of justins....so thanks you guys!
