I have 20 + horses and with prices getting higher it's getting harder for us to feed them...?

My horses are beginning to lose weight and i'm not sure what to do. We don't have a barn, and the drought is making it hard to find hay at a reasonable price. We're trying to sell them but no one will buy a skinny horse. Please suggest something we can do....
