I have bronchitis, What are some tips learning to deal with it?

I am currently taking antibiotics. But i cannot seem to fall asleep because of the thick phlegm in my chest. Any tips will be appreciate it. I seem to have out of body experiences right when I'm about to go into sleep. I am suddenly alarmed, It kind of feels euphoric. I also get goosebumps but i'm not necessarily cold. Thanks
