Is there somewhere to put all the water from the rising sea level?

Most of the water in the oceans have already been displaced, because of the ice that sits in the water has 70 % of its bulk under the water, and when water freezes-- into ice, it expands. Any rise in sea level will be in inches, and any melting of ice will be replaced when it comes back.
