Does anybody know the title of this movie?

Its an older fantasy movie, i used to have it on video about 10 years ago. It starts out in a forest, then two boys go on a quest to save a girl, on their way they acquire bread that fills you up from one bite, a cloak that makes you invisible when worn inside out, and a sword that can cut through anything. they get the bread, and the cloak i believe from a woman in a cottage, and they have to earn the sword from a blacksmith that lives inside of a mountain. hope someone can help, thanks
