Does anyone know where to get dept. store makeup at the fraction of the price?

I <3 makeup from dept. stores like dillards, nordstrom, foley's, etc...but it sOoOoOoO pricey! does anyone know where to find it at a fraction of the price or maybe a cheaper brand that has the same quality????
