I have been at my company for 5 yrs. Never been written up or had terrible reviews. They put me on a "PIP" (improvement plan) for 30 days through the month of December (I work in retail so that was a brutal time to be on one and improve without a full staff of management) This Thurs. I have a meeting with my DM and I have a STRONG feeling and hints that they are firing me for "poor performance" which is bull, that's all they can come up with, I even bonused this month. Will I get approved for unemployment? (Oregon)
